BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONS

Your people may not be the problem. The workflow might be.

Start with one recurring problem: unanswered inquiries, stalled handoffs, duplicated data, or unclear responsibilities. SCG traces the cause and helps put a better workflow in place.

FIX THE FLOW · REVENUE LEAKAGE & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Fix the flow. Reclaim the revenue.

Many teams work hard and still miss results because the structure around the work is weak. When everything is a priority, nothing is clear—and slow processes, poor handoffs, missed follow-ups, and preventable errors consume resources that should be generating revenue.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions worth answering.

You should understand the work, the boundaries, and the next step before you commit.

Can we start with just one workflow?

Yes. A focused engagement can examine one recurring problem, clarify its causes and define practical improvements. The scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Tell us what is happening and what you want to improve. You can select more than one service in the existing intake, or answer “Unsure.”

Do you only make recommendations?

SCG offers assessment, design and implementation support. Your scope will identify what we will build or change, what your team owns, and what handoff or training is included.

Does a website request form book appointments?

The base package collects appointment requests. It does not show live availability, confirm bookings or take payments. Those features need a separate scope.

What do I need to provide?

For a website: accurate business details, service descriptions, contact destination and content or approved assets. For process work: a description of the problem and the people or steps involved. Do not send passwords or sensitive financial or medical information through intake.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

SCG reviews your request and clarifies missing details before confirming scope, pricing and availability. Submission does not create an agreement or automatically accept you as a client.

LET’S TALK

What are you trying to build—or fix?

Bring us the goal—even if the plan is not clear yet. Tell us what is happening, and we will clarify the next step, scope and fit.

Start with our guided intake. Select the services you need, or choose “Unsure.” SCG reviews your request before an engagement is agreed.

  • Usually takes 5–8 minutes
  • Save progress on the same device
  • No passwords or sensitive financial or medical details
